NumFn works locally on your Mac.

This policy explains what NumFn does and does not collect, and why it asks macOS for keyboard-related permissions.

No data collection

NumFn does not collect personal data. It does not use analytics, telemetry, tracking, keystroke logging, network features, or keystroke transmission.

Local input remapping only

NumFn remaps key behavior locally while the numpad layer is active. App settings, including enabled state, activation mode, launch-at-login preference, and selected or custom layouts, are stored on your Mac.

System permissions

NumFn uses macOS Accessibility permission for local key remapping and may require Input Monitoring, depending on your setup. These permissions are not used for analytics, logging, or remote collection.
